Dr Tessa Hauswedell is a lecturer at University College London at the School of European Languages, Culture and Society (SELCS) where she convenes the MA programmes in European Studies and European Culture and Thought. Her research and teaching interests deal with aspects of European integration as well as questions of nationalism, migration, and multiculturalism in contemporary Europe. Recent publications include Re-Mapping Centre and Periphery: Asymmetrical Encounters in European and Global Contexts (UCL Press).
