Prof. Talha Köse completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Boğaziçi University in 2000 and received his master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Sabancı University in 2002. In 2010, he earned his doctorate from the Conflict Analysis and Resolution Institute at George Mason University. Köse has taught as a visiting lecturer at George Mason, Maastricht, and Marmara Universities and contributed to the founding processes of Istanbul Şehir and Ibn Haldun Universities. He has held various directorial positions within SETA and has numerous publications in Turkish, English, and Arabic on international relations and conflict resolution. In 2024, he was appointed as the President of the National Intelligence Academy.
