Naim Rashiti has over 20 years of experience in public policy, conflict resolution, governance, and EU and international affairs and developments. He also leads the Balkans Policy Research Group. Before that, he served as a Balkans Analyst for the International Crisis Group. He closely monitors developments in the countries throughout the Western Balkan and supports dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, the resolution of bilateral disputes, regional cooperation and Western Balkan approximation with the EU. He wrote around 100 policy reports covering domestic, regional, and broader topics affecting the Western Balkans. He holds a BA in Political Science, a Postgraduate Diploma in the EU and Diplomacy, and an MA in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
