H.E. Nadir Yousif Eltayeb Babiker has held several distinguished roles within Sudan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including Acting Undersecretary, Director of the Executive Ministerial Office, and Director General of the Department of International Cooperation and International Issues. He has also served as Sudan’s Ambassador to the Philippines.
H.E. Babiker has been an active participant in high-level international conferences, addressing critical topics such as refugees, economic development, and mining. His academic contributions include research on the International Criminal Court (ICC), the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA), and the role of IGAD mediation in Sudan’s peace processes.
