Guo Changgang MEMBER OF THE 13TH CHINESE PEOPLE’S POLITICAL CONSULTATIVE CONFERENCE, DIRECTOR OF CENTER FOR TURKISH STUDIES AND DEAN OF GRADUATE SCHOOL, SHANGHAI UNIVERSITY

Guo Changgang is a Professor of History, Chair of the Institute of Global Studies, Director of the Center for Turkish Studies, and Dean of the Graduate School at Shanghai University. Guo Changgang is a Fulbright Scholar, a Member of the Advisory Board of Global Studies, the Director of the Chinese Association of Religious Studies, and Vice Chair of the Shanghai Association of World History. He is also a Member of the 13^thChinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. Guo Changgang has published nine books and is the Editor in Chief of the book series Global Studies Reviewand the Annual Report on Turkey’s National Development.
