Dr. Esin ÖNER ULUKAYA is an Assistant Professor at Trakya University. She completed her university education at Istanbul University in 2008. She was entitled to study in the master’s program of the same university in the European Union Department and graduated from the department in 2011. She graduated from Trakya University’s doctorate program in 2020 with her study on the Western Balkans. She has been working at Trakya University since 2013. Her main areas of study are the analysis of the Western Balkans, Kosovo, Serbia, and Croatia within the scope of international relations, and the integration of the Western Balkan countries into the EU.
