Aktoty Raimkulova is the President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and a renowned composer, academic, and public figure. She holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Arts and a Doctor of Public Administration and International Development. Raimkulova has held various leadership roles, including Minister of Culture and Sports of Kazakhstan (2019–2022) and Director of the State Concert Organization “Kazakhconcert.” Appointed as President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation in 2023, she has received numerous honors, including the “Kurmet” Order and the “Dank” Order from the Kyrgyz Republic. A prolific composer, she has produced over 300 musical works and published extensively on cultural and artistic topics.
